In her role as CEO of the IBA, Esther embraces the spirit of teamwork. Together with our committed staff members, she seeks to ensure that the philosophical, psychological and metaphysical principles underpinning all IBA teaching modalities are brought to play in the running of IBA.
Esther has a background in linguistics, structural integration and metaphysics. In 1990 she founded the BreakThrough System and has, subsequently, authored Beyond Concepts - the investigation of who you are not; Who am I? - the seeker's guide to nowhere, and the BreakThrough Manuals for BreakThrough 1 and 2. Together John Veltheim and Esther co-authored Reiki - the Science, Metaphysics and Philosophy.
Born in Kent, England, Esther now resides in the USA. She still teaches internationally and gives ongoing teacher trainings in BreakThrough.
